With the excessive poop threads that have been spurned upon the Pub tonight, it has come to my attention that many of the members here are in need of something dire. A healthy alternative to replace their normal pooping habits. I present to you, the squatty potty.

Please discuss how amazing this video and the squatty potty is. Do you believe in the benefits discussed? Are you willing to try this healthy alternative out and give needed relief to your stressed, tightened colon?

my outhouse has a section of 2x4 raised high enough (for me, as i'm tall) that it functions also as a squatter.  much easier to shit in the squat position than at a 90' angle like most typical toilets.

that being said, a well-balanced diet should make for easy shits most of the time

I have one.  Its awesome.  I highly recommend it to anyone.  Especially so if you are the type to take things that harden or clog you up like opiates.
