They don't look like the allenii's I normally pick, but there has long been a theory that the p.cyanescens complex are all basically the same species(and can be interbred) with minor genetic drift. Alanrockefeller posted a thread a year or so back that just got bumped about an experiment to this effect. I've seen wavy allenii and perfectly round cyans and people talk about finding cyans and azures in the same habitat that share morphological characteristics, it could be that hyphae from one species is communicating to its relative, or there could be some hyphal mating happening with genetic material exchange.

TL:DR Could be a cross of the two.

After reviewing my photographs, I'm convinced they are indeed interbreeding, but only seem to be doing so in large numbers. The lone specimens look the weirdest; when they congregate they start looking the same. This is also kind of prevalent in overflow areas near lots of wood that gets sand thrown over it, and is more of a sandy loam I guess. Wavy allenii, cyan-ish azures, allenii type cyans. Weird.

Looks more like P. allenii than P. ovoideocystidiata, but check microscopic features to be sure.  The microscopy is a lot different.
