Hillary Clinton has been saying this recently, as she claims Donald is very similar to Adolf.
But is this really accurate? There seems to be a lot of debate.

No it's not very accurate...Hitler was much more intelligent than Trumpy although they are both deranged assholes. Or did you mean the election thing?

Many Americans feel 2016-2020 was very similar to Hitler's reign.
These same folks deny America was founded via a violent insurrection.

That's a weird way to try to excuse Trump's beer hall putsch. Have you put much thought into why you identify so strongly with a retarded loser like Trump?

I tend to identify more with Hillary Clinton
I can relate to her irrational hysteria.

Can you cite anyone who claims that America was not the product of a violent insurrection? I think you made that up.

Especially when you have people like AOC calling criticism of her policy positions "violence" against her. It's a pretty low bar haha

Are you claiming American schools admit and teach the historical fact that the US is the product of a violent insurrection? Can you show me a single high school history book that admits the "heroes" of the US constitution incited people to violence? Just one reference will be fine. I call that denial. And people are angry about radical gender extremism being banned in schools? How about historical facts being denied?

Don't try to shift the burden of proof, dude....You made the claim. Support it or admit that you just made it up.

I'm pretty sure the "war" part is more relevant to tubs' claim.

They both seem relevant, honestly. Regardless, the entire premise of the post was dumb AF. Like, what would the alternative history book scenario be? That the U.S. sprang forth whole from the head of Zeus?

Do you think there are American teenagers who aren’t taught that the American Revolution employed violence?
Really?
I get that you’re trying to do this “ah so NOW you hate insurrections” thing but this is some weak, Stephen Crowder level discourse.

There weren't enough British civilians involved for us to be accused of atrocities.
I wonder how the Brit school books described it before the World Wars and our relationship became special.

I imagine it’s similar to our “Remember the Alamo” discourse. Who care about the context? Evil savage Mexican army killed Americans!

I am not inclined to read high school American history books these days, but I'd be pretty shocked if one omitted the revolutionary war.
