We never discussed how I measure success. Being successful isn't a prerequisite for living in America.

They are absolutely in no way representative of the hordes of inbred plebs who have driven the European working classes out of their traditional neighbourhoods.

Well then I suppose the same can argument can be made for European Muslims who can afford to live in Paris.

Absolutely clueless.

So when you say "very privileged middle-class bubble" he is supposed to interpret that as middle class not according to the standard of the country hi lives in but middle class compared to the whole world? To guess that you meant to do such a comparison when you wrote "very privileged middle-class bubble" is close to impossible. Don't blame others for not understanding you in situations like this.
In fact it feels so obvious what you mean by your first statement that I'd rather believe that you are now trying to retroactively claim that you meant something else, then to think you just expressed yourself poorly...
Smells like dishonest behavior again.

So do you think all people living under the poverty line are very privileged and living in a middle class bubble? Or just liberals?
Face it, you made a wildly inaccurate assumption. Deal with it. If you want to argue standards of living per capita by nations, go make a thread about it.

No-one who has two parents both working for American wages is under the poverty line.
Utterly clueless.

Maybe talk to someone who grew up on welfare if you want to learn something about poverty.

Because Victor thinks being a poor new Zealand hillbilly with a nazi family makes him understand all of this a little bit better than the rest of us?

I've probably even been to the town you live in. It must be near Umea.

My comment was meant to ridicule your idea that your arguments are worth more based on your background and experience, because if your arguments need that kind of backing they must by really lousy... A good argument does not need the be backed by "I have a diploma"... "my family are nazis so I know more then you about the far right". "I have traveled more then you so I know more about cultures". Get over yourself already.
Also: your constant claims regarding your excellent experiences suggest that you think you have better experience than others. Which suggest you actually know what experience other people in here have. Without enough input data you assume you are better than others... Narcissistic tendencies?
And when I ridicule you for this behavior, you make more claims about your fantastic background and experience.... Epic fucking face palm.

hold on a second. A globetrotting psychologist is chastising people ITT for being privileged, while at the same time questioning the perspectives of "privileged" people because they can't afford to travel the world 4 times?

It's a complicated balancing act. If I pull it off I can discredit both Tipote and The Espastic.
