So here we are six months later. Finally was able to get this clone going. Cloned the "Chode" genetics above.
so my burma chode came out mostly normal. i had one fruit come out choded! lmao

rest of the tub looked like this.

this is also another tub that i took 7 clones from. i have the best clone growing right now. the pins are looking dense. the original grows were non cased. these grows are cased. done with poly in the tubs the entire time.

here is the clone tubs i have going.i fucked up really bad. had a tub that was almost done colonizing. accidentally opened a tub that had a small spot of trich. ended up contaminating that tub near it because i had too much shit going on and didn't have time to remove the tub. so i had to also remove that tub from the grow room. so, 1 more tubs left. ill take it.

this is a novelty grow with the same clone.

some more burma chode clones coming up. medium poly in.

i was able to print, swab to agar and clone the chode fruit in the last post.
the stems on this chode clone are spongy and solid. like pe. very dense. even a mild flush has decent yield.

anytime my friend.
yeah the grows above were from those same genetics printed from 2009!
i tried printing a bunch of caps. but only had one fruit drop. i hate it when that happens. plus taking prints is a major pain in my ass. ill keep trying though. i tried to print that burma chode but it didn't drop any spores. i think my timing was a little late.
that twisted fruit is really cool looking. i had a few fruit like that in these last two tubs. ive never had em spiral like that before. burma is one of my favorite and best yielders.

Where are we at with the revival? Do you have the Burmachode in compression at the moment?

So back in 2014 i had this old burma print from 2009 that grew a chode.

So i cloned the chode and Grew it out. Looked normal so i figured its conditions.

I had sent a friend a print of this chode. He was the only person to receive it. Then That friend i sent the print to, showed me an image of a chode growth from multispore. So im like fuckit ill grow it out again and see what happens was basically our discussion.
Here it is from that exact print multisporein a mini mono. Coir verm sub. It looks promising.

End goal would be to have a tub full of sombrero chodes.

Read earlier in the thread. I had one fruit grow chodish. Cloned it, fruited it. It grew normal. Then took a print. This is what grew. My goal was to get a whole tub of chodes but a little more like the first fruit.

Truffles are formed underground by stone producer species.
It’d be cool to stabilize a Burma ufo. These have been popping up a lot lately, I know somebody had a bunch of toc do this not long ago too.

Yes. It grew normal from the clone a few years ago. I printed it. Then this is what came out. So one generation. I cloned now, and may see if i can swab a gill on the clone grow. If i can get a full canopy chode tub that would be awesome! Off one large tub and a mini i only got about 7 dry.
It seems pretty stable already but who knows. I was going for the larger chodes but these fat pumpkins are cool. The aborts i did have, matured into full size fruit after some of the larger fruit were harvested. Or matured 2nd flush.

Looks good bro! I have a clone that makes huge fist sized chodes. Round balls with flat caps..occasionally it would fruit like a regular cube, but every fruiting site was 2 fruits connected at the base like a wishbone. Turns out that the chode balls are the same..but the 2 fruits are fused into 1. The caps sometimes have a slight figure 8 look where the caps are fused together.. Seems like the wetter the sub the more chodes I'd get.
