Looking for L. R. Hesler in all the wrong places

i was hoping some kind benefactor would be able to lay a digital copy of this upon my undeserving plate :
North American Species of Gymnopilus by L. R. Hesler
for folks interested in more information than you can probably digest, this is a pretty cool resource i found that i keep forgetting is there to mention to other people so let me do it here:
http://trace.tennessee.edu/utk_hesler/
it looks like its Hesler's entire field notes digitized, on many genera. i'm currently wading through the gymnopilus notebooks. i haven't dug around much to see what else is there on offer by other authors but i suspect gobs. (i may be wrong, i dont know, so don't blame me if there's not)
i have a feeling there's more in the notebooks than the above, but i'd like them both if possible.
xsketch gave me a specimen this summer that i'm just getting around to looking at.
so far i can say they're gyms! and thats about it as of now. but, in addition i can add they have 4 spored basidia with subamygdaliform warty spores having mean-ish dimensions of 7µm x 5µm, with clamp connections in an organized filamentous pileus.
i think i found a few cheilocystidia, but they're rare, slightly capitate, and haven't managed an aquaduct section yet to check for more stuff or chopped at the stipe as of yet.
thanks!!
added some pix
basidia, basidiole gill edge
looking down the chute at 4 spores in the making - gill face

clamp connected
i think i see germ pores, do you?
bonus Pluteus cervinus pleurocystidia w/horns
