syringe culture Idea
    #2260733 - 01/21/04 06:16 PM (20 years, 2 months ago)

I have some straw water and what I was thinking was. If I steralized a syringe with straw water in it then made a syringe whith this straw water syringe if it would grow mycilium if put in the incubator. Does anyone else think this is a possibility. Or maybe use malt extract. Just do the boiling thing with the straw water and make a sterile syringe with this then make a spore syringe as usual. Or do the same thing but instead of boiling the straw water use the malt extract water and do the same or do a combo of straw water and malt extract. What do you guys think?
