I'm curious.

Elektrolurch, anandam, Workman and zeronio have successfully cultivated this species in the past. I have a couple of casings that should be ready to fruit in a few days, I'll post some pics soon hopefully! Great work BTW Baalsuku!

Great work Baalsuku! I cultivated them with moderate success - only few of them fully developed caps and they didn't release any spores. At the beginning I thought that I have a strain problem until a friend that used the same culture got sporulating mushrooms. It seems that the environment parameters are very important in this.
They're very strong. The experience was so tough that I wasn't in mood to do mushrooms since then.

I inoculated rye grain, spawned to straw/poo mixture and then cased. I heard that it grows well on a wide variety of substrates.

I did some research and decided to go for a agar to millet transfer and spawn to pasteurised straw which I then cased.
I don't mean to sound like a dick fee but why don't you use the search function? I even listed the people who have cultivated this species in my previous post!

No, he was asking what zeronio did, get your facts straight.
As CLuB99 said, straw is the way to go so I found out through reading old elektrolurch posts by using the search function.
Haven't you ever heard of constructive criticism?

They need bright light, else they grow tall and thin. They look a lot better and are much mor fleshy, when you use a bright light (flourescent is enough).
