Peruvian torch seedlings

I have a few peruvian torch/san pedro seedlings and they are becoming dark green and shrivled looking . Any Ideas? Also what can i do to fix this.I have not been able to find any info on this topic

is the soil too dry/not enough humidity. I keep my seedlings in a humidity tent for atleast a year.
