That sucks Muda! Might I suggest ordering an excalibur? Mine dehydrates solid PE in 12 hours without noticeable potency loss, definitely worth it!

Not worth the price for me. My $45 dehydrator will get solid PE dry in about 18 hours. That's good enough for me. When I say it takes days. I'm talking about fruits that are verry dense and more than 1.5 inches thick. If I split them they are dry in 12 to 18. Maybe someday I'll get a high end dehydrator but I've got a long list of other things to buy first.

I have 3 of the 35$ presto's from wal mart and they work like a charm. For some reason, some of the PE I grow doesn't really get cracker dry and snap, Its dry, but gives a little bit towards the top part. Weirdness. Rotating my trays helps a bunch though.

I probably wouldn't have got it if it wasn't gifted to me honestly lol. I was able to get a 100 gram mutant cracker dry without cutting it up in short time, I was impressed needless to say.

Sorry to post this here, there are far sexier pictures for us to look at, but I didn't want to muck up your boards with a thread: What does this look like?
This is near the tail end of my fruiting process and has only recently gotten this bad. There was always a light coating of that yellow goo on top, though. There's no odor and the cakes have been fruiting, granted at a much reduced rate.
I was using a monotub and kinda kept the humidity too high to be "safe" I know what I need to do in the future, *I think*, but I was mostly wondering if this looks like metabolites or bacteria and if the fruited cubes are OK to ingest.
Thank you for your time, Mush Cult! I love you guys!

Lol, but it doesn't smell any different. Just like cubes. I thought cakes produced metabolites (the yellow goo) to protect against bacteria... Am I mistaken?

Give it a good rinse, and soak it for like 12 hours. Replacing the water every time the metabolites make it look like piss.

Thanks, you guys! Is there any risk to ingesting the shrooms that fruited? Like I said, it was a little yellow as it was fruiting, but not quite as bad as in the pic.
