You don't really need to sterilize your terrarium, except possibility if you are colonizing casing layers in it.

Just clean it real good, with dish soap or whatever.

Sure you can use h202 but don't leave puddles. (puddles probably don't hurt anything either really)

Just wash it down with some hot water and soap and you should be good to go
