Cake Seems to be Fully Colonized,but No Signs of Pinning Yet

its been about 32 days since innoculation, and the brf cake is fully colonized but no signs of pinning??? Should i wait a little longer or should i induce pinning?? If i should induce pinning, then what would be the best way??

Yeah, you'll never induce pinning of any sort till you get some light on them anyhow. Birth & wait & eat & trip.
