Grim yours were much stronger than cubes then? I’m just going by they’re double cube potency but skimming through the thread a lot of people said they consider them equal. It did seem like they were a little confused though and could’ve been referring to truffles.
I’m planning on hitting either the deep desert where it’s one of the darkest spots on the planet or the forest by myself and taking these. I’m thinking 2g where I would usually eat 4 of cubes.
Another thing I came across is people saying only Tamps have veils. This print was labeled atl7 but the fruits have veils. Mislabeled or normal?
I think I’m gonna run the next tub coming up here in the pans set up. Seems like they love the same conditions based on some of the awesome grows i saw.
Plus I needs them prints.

I use a tub with damp rid in the bottom, layer of paper towel, two damp Rid tops, another layer of paper towel and then stones/fruits. It works amazing as long as whatever I put in there has been pre dried. I will fan dry the fruit/stones and then break up the stones and when I put them in that tub for two days they are completely dry.
Just made some rust spore/atl7 stone micro doses last night. Gonna wait till the weekend to try them just in case though. Breaking up those stones in a mortar and pestle was work for sure. When they are completely dry they are seriously just rocks.

I haven’t tried them yet. I might have made those micro doses too potent then. I did 50/50 stone to fruit and the. 50/50 psilocybe to a non active mushroom complex with a total of .3 psilo and .3 non active filler.

Well the dried truffles are less potent than cubes so it should offset the fruits somewhat.

One could also make tea out of the fresh truffles and save that frozen for long term storage

^ True. If you do that you should definitely freeze it in cubes for easy dosing later on.
You can also store them via tincture if you're into alcohol. Sounds awful to me but I'm not a shots guy.

Is it normal for these to bruise and fall over when they’re done?
Idk if there’s some mold eating at them or what. I did start keeping them a little wetter.
Definitely had a couple aborts I yanked earlier today, then just now pulled a few more that had died. This is from earlier but you can see a couple starting to bruise up.

atl7/galindoi is apparently tampanesis according to the recent genetic analysis
those arent done yet, except for the aborts with the black caps

I've had that happen. I'm not sure what causes it but it's not a game ender. Could just be their life cycle is done even though they look like they could get bigger. Just get the dark ones outta there so you don't have rotting mush in your sub. No reason why you won't continue to get flushes.

I am back with questions about my weird fluffy P. mexicana var. galindoi.
I noticed this lump today. It was hiding under some condensation. Is this a truffle forming on the plate?
This next plate is a transfer from the plate above. It has smaller balls of growth around the edges. Same question: truffles forming or...?
I'm new to agar and to truffles, so your input is appreciated!

By shape, it looks like stone forming on agar. Feel free to clone it.

Keep in mind that what we thought was P Mex Galindoi is a actually p tampanesis galindoi (according to allans recent genetic work)

So tamp and atl7 are same species different variety right?
Like PE and aa+ are the same species but look different. Cuz atl normally has much larger caps right??

Is there any reason why I could not use tamp on agar and turn it into LI? I would imagine it would act the same as cubes right?

Thats the current theory lol.. which makes sense to me, especially when you consider the macroscopic and microscopic differences and similarities between tamp, galindoi, and mexi
