Habitat:#1 Growing in the grass in a park, Seattle #2 Growing in wood chips and out of the soil, Seattle area Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
Gills:#1 Brownish, turned black in some spots where the cap turned dark pinkish color, sinuate. #2 blackish, gills are crowded, free Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
Stem: #1 brown short hollow, 1/2 to 3 inches in length 1/4 to 3/8 inch in diameter, bruised at the base. #2 Whitish stem, 3 to 6 inches long bruising not noticeable stem about 1/8 inch in diameter, hollow Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.
Cap: #1 Brown to dark brown/blackish, Convex to campanulate, 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. #2Light brown with some dark coloration around the bottom of the cap, 3/8 to 1 inch in diameter, ovate shaped. Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.
Spore print color: #1 brown to dark brownish, #2 black Very important!
Bruising: #1 at the base and sometimes ink looking stain on the cap #2 not noticable on the stem but cap bruises blue at the edges of the cap. Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Looks like Cortinarius sp. (#1) and Psathyrella (or Parasola) sp. (#2).
