How many grams dried can I expect per flush? And, I think this is right, the 3rd and 4th flushes normally give less than the 1st and 2nd flushes right?

#1 - Impossible to guess
#2 - You did not list your type of grow (cake or casing)
#3 - You did not list the species and strain
#4 - You did not list the amount of dry substrate (weight)
#5 - You did not list the type of substrate
#6 - Read #1 again...
There are too many variables for us to give you an accurate estimate. But, if you are growing a PF style half pint cake, expect anywhere from 0-7 grams total from all flushes (perhaps a bit more, but I suspect that is close). And yes, the later flushes will usually yield less, but larger mushrooms (if you make it to a 4th flush)...

7 grams dried total per cake? Is that honestly it? And that is over the course of say 2 weeks per cake?
Let's assume I'm doing just a regular PF-TEK style grow, in a terrarium, with Equadorian strain mushrooms.

Just got done with my first grow. My best cake produced 11.5 grams dry on the first flush. Like everyone is saying though, its really impossible to tell. It all depends on the environment conditions and if you followed PF TEK 100%. Hope my number gives an idea though of what can be achieved.

How much did you think you would get? Cakes are for small personal amounts.
An ounce from 4 cakes really isn't that bad.
