Best DIP EVER.
    #2251542 - 01/19/04 12:11 AM (12 years, 10 months ago)

1 Package Hamburger Helper BEEF TACO Mix.
2 LG. Bags of Tostitos.
1lb Ground Beef.
Velveeta Cheese (forget the size currently). "Mild Mexican" as the type.
1 half jar of mild salsa.

Cook the Hamburger helper per the directions. Reason its so fitting for this is the seasoning used on the beef in the package.

Once Hamburger Helper is cooling off, proceed to start to melt down the velveeta cheese in it's seperate bowl. Once it's fairly melted, add salsa to your preference.

Combine Sause Mixture and Hamburger Helper together in a large bowl. This will make alot. Add more sauce mixture depending on how thick you want the end product to be.

TADA!!

Full course meal for 3 people no joke.

GOOOOOOOD SHIT.

The other best dip ever [Re: u4ia]

Seven Layer Dip

Amount  Measure      Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
1      can              Refried beans (for bottom)
    2                          Ea tomatoes -- diced*
    1                          Bunch sliced green onions
1                          Sm. can chopped black olives
    1      cup              Guacamole
    1      package      Taco seasoning
    1      cup              Sour cream
    2      cups            Shredded cheddar (top)

*  squeeze seeds and juice from tomato
~------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mix taco seasoning with sour cream.  Starting with beans and ending with
cheese layer ingredients in 8x8" square pan.  Serve with chips.

This dip is awesome, and you can use canned tomatoes if you are too lazy to dice em or if you just cant get a descent tomato.  :stash:  I made it the other night without olives or guac and it was still kickass, the taco seasoning in the sour cream is what makes it special.

Yes, cook the noodles too.

I just made this a few more times since the above post.  It is continually better and better.

Just be careful when you are high, I could easily eat two bags of chips and all the dip this makes.  Probably enough calories in it for a whole week.
