They are more orange to brown creamy like, these pics are about a week old, only took a couple of samples initially today I went out to grab the rest. I can upload more pics when ever I have the drying and a couple being tested for spore prints.

I'm sitting here wondering why I'm uncertain whether you have Psathyrella or Hypholoma sp., when they're so different.

I think I'm going to trust the exterior lighting and say that I think you've got Psathyrella.

Another reason I went with Psathyrella is that OP's caps are hygrophanous.  I'm not sure if any Hypholoma have this characteristic.

Looking at both of these possibilities I believe they are certain not Psathyrella but could quite possibly be Hypholoma Sp. But they also look extremely similar to Gym. Luteus is there any method to surely tell the difference in between these two as one is psychedelic and the other an Amatoxin.

The Hypholoma sublateritium gills are suppose to a purplish with a cap staining yellow, these have a yellow set of gills caps are also yellow to creamy  staining brownish. But they do contain similarities in the way the stems are clustered.

Gymnopilus sp will have orange spores.  Yours have purplish (dark) spores.  You can see them on some of the caps in your pics.

I ended up tossing out the whole batch, better to be safe then sorry especially when it comes to mushrooms. Thank you guys for the help. I'll just stick to picking liberty caps and Pan Subs for now as they are easier to identify. If I find some more I'm unsure of I'll toss em up for you guys.
