It's important to include a brief description and photos of all parts of the mushroom but yes at a glance it's most likely Panaeolina.

My bad. Here's a couple more pics.

 

I can't think of anything to add by way of description except that the stem is hollow and it was found in a mix of irrigated woodchips and grass.

Panaeolina if it was in grass, Psathyrella could be considered a lookalike and grows in the habitat you describe.

Mixed habitat, further blurring the line between Panaeolus and Psathyrella since who knows when.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it.
