PNW azure habitats having randoms * Edited: Got 'em! *

Okay so last time I picked azzies I let a few go because of the darker red stem even thiigh there was bluing. (Duh.)
Alan confirmed that as the mycelium moves away from the base of the stipe, they begin to turn red. there's no bruising and clearly not them but I'm on 60-80 hours doing this coastal thing and it is frustrating.
Found in decaying grass near the edge of mostly pines, but away from the mycena/ferns/amanita habitat where it is dryer. Spore prints are all white.
I noticed the red stem ones from last time were somewhat sort of near poo but kind of not really.
I'd love to know what these are. Sometimes they grow together... which I saw as odd.
Thanks!
There's 11 pictures I hope this is enough.
They are printing now and the Gals are already dropping a white print so they're gone. The ones falling apart (top left etc).
Can someone help me not poison myself? These were picked where I found azzies last time. I wish I took a picture of the Pins but it got sketch fast and I booked it.
As below and again thank you.

The less I have to bend over the better. I've got a bad back and by the time I get back to my car I can't hardly walk.
Thanks everyone, I hope you had fruitful ( ) weekends.

Oops it looks like some wrong images got uploaded. Please ignore the obvious ones. My charger broke and I have to make this last another day and 4 hours travel.

Thank you sir
Man I've really got no idea what I'm missing at this point. I'm doing something wrong but I can't figure out what (can't force them to grow). I can spot the tiniest little mushroom fifteen feet away in sparse dune grass with old dead wood/dirt/sand.
I did something right finding that one azzie. It's stunning how perfect the conditions are for these.
So I likely found these because of the prevalence of Mycena..?

Yeah it can be difficult. In my experience with the coast this year is there is so many people picking. I had to find what they missed. Really annoying.

They're even picking boletes and amanitas and pretty much anything. Uprooted ones are everywhere. I check those areas out but most of my sojourns have been forging my own path. It's how I found that other bugger.
It's probably because of such a late start and a particular area isn't great for actives yet, and guys like me end up driving hours through the mountains and spending an entire weekend here. It's like 500 bucks. But still, I must say, the sights and local history is worth that in and of itself.
Just getting frustrated thinking I'm the dumbass (well, kinda) but this isn't my first rodeo for observing mushrooms. Quite literally I've been fervently studying for hours upon hours every day for months.
I just hate it when I feel stupid I guess.

We had to crawl miles in the scotchbroom that grows along the coastal pine.

I'm seeing alot of pins at the coast right now. In high traffic areas unfortunately. Only places I've observed larger specimens were well off the beaten path. Good thing about tons of pickers beating down the grass looking for them is that it becomes more obvious where a patch is, cause it is all flattened in different directions.

Same with [redacted].. I also try to hit the game trails and random groves where it is sparse grass. I mean, no one's going to be able to pick up Shakespeare cover to cover and write a thesis in a day, I get it I'm new but it's kind of a let down.
I've lost 15 pounds already just walking, and it takes a lot of hard work for my body to drop weight. You folks are so kind to be helpful here.

From my limited experience finding both azurescens and cyanescens in dune grasses; Look on the east facing side of the dune that runs adjacent to the shoreline, azurescens north from Tillamook to Hammond, cyanescens from Tillamook down and allenii sharing the same habitat in southern-Oregon to northern-California. Here is (probably too much) information about Oregon coastal ecoregions- http://www.dfw.state.or.us/conservationstrategy/docs/document_pdf/b-eco_cr.pdf

Thank you much. I'm running today's hunt through my head where I messed up. I did however find myself at times knowing what areas they certainly weren't going to be in and where not to waste time (ended up checking it out on my way back just to be sure though..)
They were removing some trees and stuff which hindered me a lot. They were working in places I wanted to walk. "/
If I could give you a hug I would. Thank you much. This is why I love this forum.

I promise you guys, if or when the day comes that I get a big haul, I'll be making it rain spore solution.
That link btw is awesome for someone who just moved to Oregon too. I gotta charge my tablet so I can read it in full (and see better lol ).
I was actually thinking of going to Tillamook and making my way north along the coast in a week or two... crossed my mind when the sun poked out and I was sweating in an unzipped and light hooded sweatshirt with a tank underneath.
It's too bad people treat this like a free for all smash and grab, but thankfully there are communities like this who actually care. Not only for the perpetuation of the species but for the diverse environment. Going around picking every mushroom is potentially depriving a creature of its dinner. Bug or slug or whatever it may be.

Don't bother looking in the shore pines, look in the bases of the dune grasses.

Noted.
I get stuck in the pines because there's so many amazing other species and flora/fauna.

Tomorrow is my last day observing here for awhile. I promise I'll stay away from the pines
Edit: removed images with geographical markers that would give away location
Darn it.
But at the very least thank you, I've been hunting in the right place some/most-ish of the time.

Someone posted their photography in the actives thread. Reposting here in case someone has problems and stumbles across this first.
Look at the beautiful dew drops making their way down. Gorgeous specimen, telltale blue ring or not.

Found these on the Washington coast. I hope I'm on the right track at the very least.
Weirdest thing tho, I was nearly standing on them and something in my head said look down and over to the left.
Active or not that's really cool. A member here mentioned how sometimes they'll "sing to you".
Regardless, cool little things, whatever they are.
Found these little guys while hunting for azzies in Washington. I hope I'm on the right track. Same coastal habitat at the base of dune grasses covered in mycelium at the base with some matted down grass underneath having tons of pins starting to poke their heads through. Left em, if they're active someone's going to find them in an obvious spot.

I didn't wanna say it and jinx myself.
I'm sorry to empty my purse here guys but if baeocystin helps my wife's migraines/fibromyalgia and has success like some people do, our lives will change drastically, and hopefully live like we used to.
Much love brothers and sisters.
My battery is dying and I'm getting all teary eyed because the wife is excited. Accidentally pulled out a stem butt so I'm going to do that tek up, bluing on the myc, textbook blue around the cap on another. Stunning. Just absolutely stunning. I'll have to make the trek back here, I only had 4 hours to cover a huge area.

You do? I see what looks like blueing at the apex in the first three pictures and I don't think I see any in the last. Second one seems to be corrupted though.

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.
