Hard to say on miny tiny laptop screen but it certainly looks like it. I see hardly any evidence of mushroom mycellium and a lot of what looks like mold.
If it's contaminated, chuck it. It's preferable to chuck it before it sporulates. If it goes solid green, best to give it a short PC run (~30 mins) to kill all the spores before opening, or at least toss it outside to keep your spore load down.
What was the inoculant and how was it sourced?

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

Well, failures from homemade syringes in grain especially are not unexpected.
If it looks different to you than everything else you're growing, toss it now while it's still easy. Put it in a bag outdoors. Just cause you toss it in the trash doesn't mean it will stop growing

You only really need to get rid of the contents, as the jar can be washed and re-used again. Your grains do look wet however, so you might need to review your grain prep tek to ensure they are dried sufficiently before you put them into the jar to PC; you want them to be dry enough not to stick to a spoon or leave visible wetness on paper towel etc

Yeah, never throw away a jar... The PC roflstomps mold super hard. If it's solid green you can PC it to keep your spore load down, otherwise just chuck the contents. All I was saying is don't chuck the contents in a trash can indoors then leave it there for a week.

Yes. I usually run them through the dishwasher. Most dish soaps aren't anti-bacterial.
