    #22493610 - 11/07/15 11:45 PM (8 years, 2 months ago)

Beautiful Mushroom. Never seen anything like it. Maybe aStropharia caerulea? Editable? Toxic? Any look alikes? I'm waiting on a spore print. Fingers crossed, never have had much look with finding magic mushrooms. I'm new at this, so educste me if you want. I do have 5 books, but I like the insight of others. How do I know for sure is ID? Will purple/brown spore print = Good? How do I know if it is safe? Thank you, please be respect to me. Never eaten magic mushrooms,  and I dont eat any mushrooms with being %100 sure on ID. I'm not a fool.

One of the blue Stropharia species is correct. It is not a psychoactive or "magic" species. The blue is tha actual price color and these fade to a lighter color usually as.they become mature,

There are no psychoactive Stropharia, blue or otherwise.

How funny! I saw that link too & was going to post it here, even though the thread was old.
I found these yesterday, but didn’t pick any. They were undeniably an indigo blue & so very pretty. A lot of conflicting info t there. Some sites claim they only grow in Europe, UK etc. Some say they are illegal in US due to hallucinogenic qualities. I have no clue.

I had to snap pics. They were so pretty, unlike any I have ever seen. Definitely didn’t take any.
