    #22491931 - 11/07/15 05:05 PM (8 years, 2 months ago)

hey there everyone im in southeast missouri 45 minutes away from AR and i was hoping to get some assistance in identifying some of these ones i gathered today i live in a very woodsy area with tons of decaying trees and just essentially the backwoods most of these were found on or very close to down trees and was curious if ive found any active ones some of these look similar to active ones ive seen but im far from an expert and new to missouri so any input would be appreciated:) thank you

i'd hazard that you don't have any actives, but i think you do have Gymnopus or maybe Rhodocollybia for the most part.  i also suck at Lactarius, and the last one may be one.

number one, not sure.

you're welcome.  I'd hang on and see what someone thinks of one, just to be sure.  you could take a spore print if you haven't already.

Okay 1st photo is the 1st mushroom. 2nd and 3rd are the 2nd mushroom. 4th and 5th are 3rd mushroom 6th is 4th mushroom and 7 and 8 is the 5th just for clarification.
Okay the 1st mushrooms spore print was rusty brown. 2nd and 3rd were both beige. 4th was either translucent or white definitely left a thick one but made the mistake of using white paper so dunno and 5th didnt seem to leave one
