Be aware that tap water sometimes contains chloramine as well, which does not evaporate very quickly at all. It can take weeks and weeks.

you can add ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to your water and let it sit overnight. it will break the bond of the chlorine and ammonia and they both should evaporate lickity split!

Peace!

Nice to have that option - here it doesn´t rain from May to September - so tap water it is.  I suppose I could give them Perrier !!

One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree.
'Which road do I take?' she asked.
'Where do you want to go?' was his response.
'I don't know', Alice answered.
'Then', said the cat, 'it doesn't matter.'
