Hey guys, newb here. Any idea what these are? We have had heavy rain for a few days, and it was sunny today, so I went for a look around.

Picture 1;
Habitat: Dead leaves, wood chips in amongst gum trees.
Gills: Off-white
Stem: Pink.
Cap: Dark Brown
Spore print color: Did not take specimen
Bruising: No change
Habitat: Pasture, substrate was cow dung.
Gills: Yellow/orange, similar to stem.
Stem: Hollow stem, orange, fibrous
Cap: Orange/caramel
Spore print color: Very dark brown/black (other specimens not included in the photo had released spores)
Bruising: No noticeable reaction (some darkening due to being squashed, I suppose)

Oh those were cubensis? If I had known I probably would not have disturbed the dung for the photograph, I had read that when the gills and stime are both yellowish (the same shade), that the specimen is probably galerina. Can I ask what characteristics you saw that made you conclude that it was Ps. Cubensis? It would be handy to know in identifying them properly in the future.

On dung? With dark, evidently purple-brown spores, which can also be seen in the photo?

Attn PWN hunters: If you should come across a bluing Psilocybe matching P. pellicolusa please smell it. If you detect a scent reminiscent of Anethole (anise) please preserve a specimen or two for study and please PM me.

This would not be the first time I've seen Psilocybe cubensis with yellow or yellowing stipes, from straw to yellow brown. You can see for yourself if you view enough images in a google search.
I don't see any blueing, but they also look dryish, and may not bruise as readily. I do not know what else they would be.

This was the second day in the same area. I had bruised identical mushrooms the day before, and upon inspection no blue was present on my return. I will likely have to wait for another bloom in order to obtain a print, however the lack of a blue reaction that long after damage made me wary. I understand that not all actives in a field will bruise blue (either immediately or over time depending on a variety of factors), but I tend to err on the side of caution.
