there's this restaurant i go to, and they serve you endless amounts of this warm delicious bread, and they pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar or something of the like's on a dish and you dip the bread in it...Soooo damn good..goes so good with a nice pilsner beer, or maybe a heineken..

Anyways, has anyone made it? Recipe's for funky?

Focaccias are a flat Italian bread, most of the times with olive oil, cheese is baked into the bread and onions, rosemary, or a type of pesto are added. You can make some tasty sandwiches out of them too. When you're done just throw them on a grill or on the stove to melt the cheese and toast the foccacia.

They're normally flat (1.5in.) and about 8in wide. I can't tell the recipes, but I can link you to one.
