You'll likely have to key out this to species level, but the genus Cortinarius is a good fit.

Wow! Thanks for the speedy response. I did some reading and comparing based on what I gathered I believe it to be cortinarius caperatus though I'm not positive the characteristics seem to be similar. I have some more pics of a couple nice patches mushrooms if I throw em up on this post wanna help me id em

I don't think it's Cortinarius caperatus. It may belong in Cortinarius subgenus Telamonia.
I'll try to help with your other collections. Let's see 'em!

Make sure to not eat any of the mushrooms pictured so far in this thread.
The first ones kinda look like a Lacrymaria species that's drying out, but something seems a bit off. The second set of images looks like a mixed collection of Gymnopilus sapineus and maybe Galerina and/or Tubaria.

4 is Lacrymaria again. Don't know what 3 is: maybe Gymnopus.

Haha..no I haven't and won't eat any mushrooms unless I can get 100% ID This is cool when I'm in the field I'm just looking for random mushrooms hoping to find psilocybes snapping pics and what not..but when I get home that's when the real fun starts the study of the different types I've found throughout the day yeaaa gotta love it. Thanks for your time and expertise
