Hello,
I followed grain tek. Soaked for 16 hours, simmered for 10 min, drained for an hour, pc 2 hours 70kpa. I used glovebox, alcohol for surfaces and something like lysol for the air. I also used airpurifier. Wheat inoculated by LC which is still unchecked and the spawn is already running on agar. I just couldnt wait for the result of it before inoculation

The last two are the suspicious point. The first one seems healty to me.
There is an excess humidity problem inside of the jar. I used foil while pcing.

Looks good to me. You should probably wait till it's 30% colonized before worrying about a contam.
My first grain jar looked great for the first week, then the green mold pops outta nowhere after my first shake.

I disagree. Although the grain looks free of contams it is too wet and will probably contam soon. There should be no condensation on the wall of the jar like there are in your pics.
Is there verm in your jar?

That's what I thought was the problem with my last jars, my water level was too high. My WBS is currently draining after the simmering. Is draining enough to not have that excess water? Cause doesn't the WBS retain water? Seems like the condensation is unavoidable with that.
Sorry if I'm sounding dumb, don't really know the science of it. I just follow the tek.

No, simply straining is not enough. You need to shake your hot grains in a strainer while they are steaming. Do this for about 10 mins. If they are still a bit wet place them on some newspaper or something on the counter to air dry. If they are dry enough you should be able to pick them up on a spoon and slowly turn the spoon over with no grains sticking to the spoon.

You'll spread contaminant around just like you would P. cubensis mycelium. Even moreso if it is sporulating.

If it is sterile you shouldn't have contamination either way.
Condensation isn't real bad; it's an indication it has a lot of moisture.
When it is enough to start turning into pooling water on the other hand, that is bad.

I agree micro, although I still think that simply straining the grains is not enough to ensure proper dryness.

Hmmm weird how most teks don't put any emphasis on drying. I've already let mine drain for about 30 mins and now they're in the PC so I'll do that extra work on the next go.
Thanks for the reminder btw. Completely forgot about that link.

Your jars will be way too wet if you only strained for 30 mins

Damn. Really gonna suck if I get fucked by this again. I'll make sure to just follow RR's procedures from now on, anything from the other teks are just gonna be additions.
I'll come back for your rating after my 50th post

I wouldn't bother inoculating the jars you just made. Open them up and make sure they are dry (do the spoon test) then resterilize and knock up.

You can use the paper towel method as well. Put about a tablespoon on a paper towel and wait a couple of minutes then make sure the paper towel doesn't have any water on it. I also read that if you shake the WBS while its steaming and in a strainer that it helps dry the surface of the WBS. If its not steaming you will have to wait a really long time for the surface to be dry. You only want the seed hydrated on the inside. Also, if you rinse your seeds first three or four times until the drained water is clear they won't stick together really bad after you pressure cook them.
