PNW Oregon Id request

Hi! My name is Rockstack and I am from Oregon. I must have looked at hundreds of pictures today trying to figure out what these little dudes are. I cross referenced against all of the mushrooms this website says grow in oregon and still couldn't find one that looked exactly like the most common thing growing around. Must be in every field in a 25 mile radius.
Species #1:

Habitat: Found growing from ground in untended grass lot. Rings of thicker grass with dead grass.
Gills: Off white gray brownish.
Stem: Dark to light tan, sturdy, 1.5mm thick 1~2" long
Cap: Smooth dark brown to light tan nipple, dark stripes with light tan lower.
Bruising: Not observed
Spore Print: No spore print after 24 hours, dark pink blotch? Maybe paper white?
General location: USA, Oregon, west of cascades.
This is my first post, I read all the rules and tried to format it correctly. Sorry in advance if I made any mistake.

My little village used to be famous for liberty caps, someone tries to sell me some every year. I know they are here and god knows I've trudged through more than my fair share of fields.
I was trying to compare it against these: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/0/0e/Psilocybe.strictipes.uare.jpg

http://www.shroomery.org/12461/Pholiotina-cyanopus

They are all in season and all grow in the kinds of habitats I have access to. I should be able to find something! Its frustrating after so many years.

Try the coast for azzies if you're West of the cascades. A lot of people have been telling me to give it another 2 weeks for cyan/baeo in Willamette Valley Woodburn/Salem area, and that unusual weather may make it a short (but nice) season. Don't let it get you down if you're not finding what you seek. There's some of something really good at a park literally around the corner because someone is systematically picking and digging up areas in which they'd grow. They obviously want it more than me and are going about it all wrong; I'd rather not even run into whoever it is.

You have Mycena but no Psilocybes. Liberty caps have dark, often purplish gills. They should be out there, it sometimes takes a while to find the right kind of area.. then you can find them in the hundreds/thousands. Here at least I find them most in undisturbed, exposed, wild grasslands.

Is it "always out in the darker patches of grass" in the PNW?
