Burnt WBS in jars..
    #2247319 - 01/17/04 12:20 AM (13 years, 8 months ago)

my dog just sterilized my WBS in a pressure cooker for an hour and 15 mins. Unfortunately he did not pad the bottom enough, and burnt a little bit of the bottom of my jars. The WBS turned a tannish color, no dark brown or black spots.

Is it ok to still innoculate these? Or would it just be a waste? The rest of the jar looks fine. Thanks for your help.

If it just turned a tanish color on the bottom you should be alright.
