Please help save my first bulk grow!
I got 10 one liter rye jars inoculated with b+. On the 17 day of the colonization I spotted what looks like contamination in one of the jars.
Is it a contamination?
I isolated the contaminated jar from the other jars, but can it be saved?
Here are some photos of the jar

Update: Just shook it and took thies photos, any thoughts?:

It's pretty tough to tell by the pictures...give it a shake if it is mold, you will find out pretty quick

I agree I looked at em like six times.
It really looks like it could be, but it also could just be that the black stripe on the grain is behind that part. What bothers me is at this point even whispy MS growth should be showing some rizo by now.
What color does it look like to you?
Edit: How often do you shake them?

i cant say if the black stripes on the berry is the berry itself or contam. the cluster of berries doesen't look green more like grayish.
I gave it a shake and a sniff through the filter -smells like mushrooms for now! think i'll give it 24 hours to see how it goes.

I ment when was the last time you set it sit without shaking?
Thats when it gets rizo'y.
If ya just shook, could be an illusion. Especially since it's mushy smelling.
Maybe thats what you mean, you just shook and it sat for two days?
Well I guess it doesnt matter soon you will know.

This is my first grow ever, so im still learning...just read up on rizo. If i understand rizo correctly, it is the spider like mycelium growth.
I can see now that i have been shaking the jars to often, like every other day form when the jars was 25% mycelium.
If you got some tips regarding the infected jar it will be appreciated. Thanks.

If it's infected then there isn't much you can do. You can't use it in your bulk grow or it will just contaminate the rest. If once all your other jars are at 100% and that jar looks like that, I wouldn't use it. You kinda just have to expect to lose some along the way.
I lost 50% of my last set of jars. While they smelled fine, they just seemed off. I wasn't willing to lose my good jars along the way.
Some people will just let jars like that go until they fruit in vitro, if they fruit at all. I haven't done that yet.

Honestly that just looks like bruised mycelium to me but it's hard to be sure from a picture. I'd leave that jar out of your bulk sub just to be on the safe side. No sense ruining your first bulk grow over 1 jar.
When in doubt. Throw it out

I've found that some strains, although not that common, do appear to be greyish and rather whispy. I can't quite tell if that's what you have going on or not. It doesn't seem aggressive enough in its spread for contamination to be a like cause. Shake &/or see if it turns green.
Inspect it careful to see if it appears to be radial in structure eminating from the grains. Mold tends to have a chaotic, lightning-storm looking structure, where as mushroom mycellium demonstrates approximately radial growth.
--------------------
I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...
