Trich seedling sunburn

So my bridgesii seedlings picked up a slight burn about three weeks ago. Not too bad really, got a little pink but never made it fully red. The runts of the litter still have a touch of pink but most of the larger ones have mellowed out to more of a tan than a burn.
I moved the lights back a bit but the other species in the tray seem to be kicking ass (the hybrids especially, got high hopes for those) so I dont want to short change the rest. Just today I put some tissue paper over the bridge babies to act as shade cloth.
So my question is how long does it usually take for these slightly singed seedlings to fully recover? I'd love for them to get back in the groove but dont want to push it and make matters worse.

It doesn't sound like they got burned too badly. I think it's better than the opposite not enough light. It's also good for seedlings to acclimate to any change you give them slowly. I've also used paper towels to act as a shade cloth which worked out well for me. Keep them moist and it shouldn't take them long to recover. You don't want them drying out at that stage but I believe it's more critical to keep them hydrated if they have gotten too much sun. Good luck! I hope they bring you many years of enjoyment.

So the same Bridge seedlings have kinda pinked up on me again.
Should I expect to baby them untill they turn fully green again? Or will they even return to their original color?
The other types in the same tray under the same lights dont have this issue.
Fuck I'm so much more competent with machines.

How pink? Pics would help to assess. The tissue paper should help. I'd give them at least a week rest in shade, then start to re-acclimate to the brighter light again. I'm confident they will recover.

Thanks for the reply Mostly.
I'll try to get a pic later. Last time they pinked on me (that sounded better in my head) I shaded them for a week and then introduced them to the light a little at a time over 4 days. The pink had faded, they were an almost bronze color.
Seemed to be doing ok and then
The main questions I have are: Do they ever fully return to their original green or do they scar like mature specimens?
Are they more susceptible to burn if they have been before?
It's my first batch so I went into it expecting to fuck up a bit. Thats how we learn.

If they are alive, shade them and let them grow.. They gonna be green again as they grow on. You can adjust them slowly to stronger sun if you want.
Are you sure pink color is from light, not from dehydration? (color is almost same on both conditions).

Still alive AFAIK. Seem to be experiencing technical difficulties with pic uploads at the moment.
I actually hadn't given much thought to dehydration. After reading your post IL I probed down into the soil and found it maybe a little drier than I might like. Not bone dry by any means but maybe I should step up the water a bit.
Most of the stuff I've seen online showed dehydration as more of a purple color. Maybe those seedlings were just in worse shape?
At any rate, thanks for the input IL. I think I'll keep them shaded for a while and bump up the watering.
I'll post some stuff in the Trich Growers thread sometime when I can get the uploads to work.

Without pics you should not do anything I say. Just saying it might be just sun burn anyway. I really don't know.

they have the same color of mine when put in strong light. Well, not normal, but i would say that they are not in danger

Cool. Thanks Lem. I was (fairly) confident they would survive. Just a little mystified as too how it happened twice. The other species seem to be handling the light much better, and even these seemed to be doing o.k. after the last burn.
Oh well, these guys might be my little problem children. Well I can't really blame them. They've soldiered on despite my noobish fumbling.
Thanks to everyone who chimed in, your input is much appreciated.
