Well it depends how you made your LC... spores into liquid culture is very high risk and rarely clean. Best to inoculate LC with clean culture on agar. Better yet just inoculate your grains directly with agar wedge
But the grains are your spawn man, you would let them colonize and then mix them with a bulk substrate (like manure) that has been properly pasturized.
So if I were you I would learn how to use agar, inoculate a plate from spores, make transfers u ntill it is clean and then inoculate grains with a wedge.
But keep the grains you have colonizing going anyways. They could turn out clean enough

Yea i made the lc from mea wedges so i know its clean im guessing i just got confused on diffrent teks. I just wanted to know if its ok that there is just wbs in the quarts or should i start over on the jars and add manure. Because i was just gonna spawn the grains to manure after colonization.

Generally in bulk growing there are 2 parts. A grain spawn and a bulk substrate.
The WBS would be your grain spawn and once its colonized you would mix with whatever bulk substrate you choose in a tray or tub.
Muda's bottle tek might be what you are thinking, where grain and bulk substrate are sterilized together in the same jar and inoculated. They are fruited in the jars with the caps off.
