especially 2cb etc.
loads of talking, voices speaking, familiar and unfamiliar voices. sometimes no content specifically towards me but sometimes strikingly aware.
weird dark moaning like a swirling sea of hungry ghosts
anyone else?

The audible ones... What's being told?
For me, voices only appear on a very hard mushy trip...

Yeah man! I kept hearing an old style motorcycle accelerating noise like every 5 seconds. I kept thinking, life keeps going on in an infinite cycle lol it was really funny/weird at first but the more I would pay attention to it the more insane I would start to feel lol had to put on some Beatles to drown it out.

I hear internal voices on LSD.
By internal I mean I can tell it's from within my mind, like my subconscious nattering away at me often very abstract things, and often in strange accents etc. I find it amusing. Apart from that I just seem to get audio distortions, like the sound 'strobing' as if everything was being played back through a fan, or the frequency of everything 'revving up'
I've had external audio hallucinations on high dose MDMA, these are distinct from the internal ones, they take the form of hearing full on conversations of people in another room, only to enter the room and find no one to be there. Another time I was laying down trying to sleep and could hear people angrily arguing outside the house, but every time I lay up it would disappear. These are the not quite scary type, but they're a little disconcerting sometimes...

Yes I took 5g lemon tek mushrooms. Was hearing my inner voice out loud and the noise of cars outside where mixing it into a alien robot like voice. Only time I was scared to think.

I recently did a microdose at bed time. I had intended to listen to music while my wife slept, but the battery on my player ran out. So laid there listening to the noise machine that's constantly going. We can't sleep without that white noise going.. anyway, I was hearing some incredible shit. Loops of voices from old movies, parts of songs, machinery, beeping. There was no end to it.

That's so cool man I had something similar happen to me.
I remember once on LSD towards the end of the trip I was laying in my bed in a room with only a tiny bit of light from my mobile screen & total silence of the night. I had been at a party that night & when I was just staring at the ceiling I could hear voices of my friends from the party in my head. I couldn't tell what they were saying it was more sounds, no clear words spoken & I just started to make "music/beats" with it in my head so it wouldn't annoy me. Focusing on the voices & making them into a catchy looping sound of sorts inside my head was fun as fuck & sent me off to sleep nicely like counting sheep.

I had this same thing happen after big nights of MDMA or MDE, I thought I was going fucking crazy, good to know this is not just me that hears invisible people arguing and yelling!

I got to try this next time, sounds like it could save some craziness for me . I get a sound like a train coming build up and 'bang' real loud when mushies kick in (lasts about 5 secs but so so loud). Then it's gone. I get a feeling like I can hear / sense someone standing / breathing behind me after that (always behind my right shoulder) of course no one there when I turn around.

Does the person standing and breathing thing scare you? It would scare me because I find the unknown frightening. It'd be worse if I was alone and it happened, would probably ruin the trip

It was cool man! I must admit I have only had it happen once, mind you I have never really tried to re-create it.

When I get vibes like this I just laugh it off really knowing its coming from the drug. I'll react thinking in my head "Holy shit feels like people are behind me, that's fucking nuts! I must be tripping hard" I will admit though it's easier said then done because I have had a trip that swept me off my feet freaking me the fuck out, completely consumed into the trip. But always remember, It's a drug it will go away. Hopefully.

Talking about auditorys here, I must mention that your signature .gif represents what I saw during my strongest mushroom trip to date, I was looking at "Rocky Horror Show" poster inside a toilet and it was all dripping and animating.

I get really intense echoing on LSD. Sometimes it sounds like people are talking underwater but that's only on high doses and for a short period of time

I've had that too, during my best acid trip so far. I could hear hundreds of birds all around me and a steam train all echoing along with cyber-bionic sounds generated by my brain.

Not really, like Sludge said you sort of know it's part of the trip. It's the feeling for me like when you catch your friend sneaking up on you to scare you. Only really gets a bit annoying thinking someone is standing right behind you, getting a sore neck from turning my head around to look, but not scary (touch wood).
