Myc is colonizing the casing layer

So i have spawned 4 jars of pf redspore to cvg in a 35litre tub after full colonization i cased it with 50/50+ peat and verm and directly introduced it to fruiting conditions. Day two and the myc started to colonize the casing layer.
Is this normal or it shouldnt be taking it over? Does it indicates anything?

Well, if you induced FC's, the mycellium is gonna do what it's gonna do and fruit when it's going to fruit. Different strains may exhibit different behavior in this way.
I don't think it means anything. Just a property of whatever strain(s) your growing.
*Actual Strains, not varieties.

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

I've heard it may be genetic. I've had a couple tubs that never colonized the casing, and some that colonize it a little.
I've yet to have a casing become completely colonized before fruiting, though.

I grew some Golden Teachers once in aluminum pans with a casing layer on top. The myc colonized the entire casing layer as well. It was all thick and rubbery but I ended up with a pretty decent yield though. I wouldn't worry too much as long as you know you're doing everything more or less by the book.
