If I can direct your attention to :
http://imgur.com/R3KnY0W Someone suggested P semilanceata, but I don't believe it.
Habitat: Mixed "debris" in urban city "garden." Next to sidewalk. Lower mainland BC.
Gills: Light brown, close, adnate
Stem: Long, curved, whitish, hollow. Somewhat pliant; stem is like cheese string when broken.
Cap: Mostly conical, light brown. Some colour along the margin.
Spore print color: Black (P. semi would have brown/purple...)

Yeah Idk that look like they might be legit
But I have a hard time identifying anything that isnt a cube. (Due to the unique bruising and spore color cubes are easy to identify IMO)

Clearly, because they are nothing like P. semilanceata.

Thanks for your speedy suggestion, elprawn.
I'm almost bored of Psathryella, and Mycenas because there are many variations of those here

I think it used to be in Psathyrella. And yes, if members of those genera were all psychoactive, prohibition would be nigh-on impossible.
