Can I freeze fresh mushrooms, will they oxidise? For personal reasons I can not dry them right now and I will only be able to consume them in 1 month.

Drying would be best. They turn to yucky black mush after they thaw when frozen fresh.
You could make tea out of them, and then freeze the tea like PrimalSoup does. That sounds like it might be your best bet if you can't get them on a drying rack.
Edit: PrimalSoup's tea tek
I would probably make the tea, and freeze individual doses of tea so I don't have to thaw out the entire batch every time I wanted to trip. Plus it make for easy dosing.

I'm gonna try it anyways, if it oxidises I'll just deoxidise it using vitamin C.

I don't understand, why would the tea be any better in terms of not losing potency?

Some members on here have kept tea frozen for a couple years and have it lose no potency. I usually have my tea frozen for a month before I use it, and it loses no potency.

If you use lemon or some acid while making the tea, it will help with extraction and preservation.
