P. Cinctulus ID Question

Hello - So, I went back to this giant pile of horse shit that I frequent to pick cincts which look like these:

But there are others that look a little bit different, that grow right next to them under the exact same conditions (on a giant pile of horseshit/sawdusty stuff), that also have black sporeprints - the starkest differences are the size (these are generally a bit bigger) and the scaley-ness of their caps - I can't tell if these are just larger, more mature cincts that have been attacked by bugs and such or if they are just a completely different species. Here are some pics:

Also, the stems seem a bit straighter - does anybody think that they can ID these things? Are they cincts? or something else? Thanks in advance...

Look like Sun dried cints to me. Some times they get dry then wet then grow rip the skin, then dry again. They don't get to open up flat.
Look real close at the edges of the breaks for bluing, but the red stems, black spores and vicinity to the other obvious cints, make me further believe they are the same

So that's how they get the shaggy look N05482?

Guess I was wrong, thought I've seen cints like that. Good thing those aren't toxic...
Third pic looked like it showed a hint of blue in the cap. Thanks ran-d!
