Could cubensis grow in this without the vermiculite?

I tried looking around the site and using google to get my answer but to my luck i couldn't find anything mentioning the use of these or just using brown rice flower to cultivate. This is the object in question BRF Jars Brown Rice Flour Mushroom Substrate just trying to save some money and hassle with not having a pressure cooker since this is already sterile.
Thanks in advance really appreciate the knowledge you guys supply me with.

Good news buddy!
You do NOT need a pressure cooker when using BRF!
All you need is a large, tall pot and two vegatable steamers (stack on top of each other to seperate the jars froom the boiling water underneath).
And vermiculitte is essential, it holds all the water for mycelium/shrooms to grow. BRF by itself just cannot hold water like vermiculite can.

You can also just use jar lid rings to save money too instead of the vegetable steamer http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/15223324#15223324

I'm bad at numbers, so bear with me...
1 pk of wide mouth, 1/2 jars - $12-$15 1 bag of BRF - $8 (Brown rice you grind yourself - $3-$4 for a big bag) 1 bag of vermiculite - $5-$6 1 roll of medical tape - $5-$6
To get 12 jars, you're looking at about $25-$31 in supplies.
12 of these premade jars cost $58.80 + $11.78 shipping .
Seems like making them yourself is a cheaper option even if you did have to buy some small, crappy PC, but you can steam sterilize BRF in a pot.

The thing is that i only plan to have two jars rather than spending the money on jars i wont use i was wondering if it would be fine just using that, but i guess it needs the vermiculite

Those brf jars you pointed to in the OP is just what you would be making and looks to be supplied by out grow.
I personally don't really like buying pre sterilized stuff, because of the lag time and time to ship.
Edit: I would suggest making more than 2, even if you only want 2 in the end.

Never just do two jars, if they both contam out or end up with crap genetics then you have nothing. Plus cakes do better when you fill the chamber with cakes. Creates a microclimate when you stack lots in it.

yeah, but found out that i ran out of water from using jar lids cause u can only put so much water up the jars.
When u stack two vegetable steamers, i NEVER run out of water before the 60 Min steaming is done. Its worth the extra $20.

Are these the steamers you are mentioning? if so i already have two of them so it could work out, going to go to the local store to see if i can catch a deal on brf and vermiculite since amazon wants 12$ for a bag

I use those steamers. They're kinda fun to play with.
I have never purchased BRF because it's hard to find here. I just buy a bag of brown rice and run it through the blender for a bit until it turns into powder. Whatever I don't use, I put in an airtight container in the freezer.

Yup!
Thats the steamer
They are fun to play with, especially while trippin
In my experience, organic BRF is easy to find. But vermiculite can be a little trickier. Usually local plant nurseries or garden centers of large department stores have them.
Just gotta look around for the vermiculite.
Everyone here who does the PF Tek make their own mixture. Its just the cheapest thing in the long run and its super easy.

I've had really good success in finding vermiculite at the hardware store where they keep the orchid supplies and soil amendments.

Yeah, I would check other similar stores if you have any more in your town/city.
It can take awhile for some stores to restock their product. Weeks even.
Might even be worth driving to another town if you have transportation/money.
