lol... well i have a question... instead of people getting 2 storage bins and filling the bottom up with water and putting in an aqurium heater and then putting perlite in the top one to add humidity why dont people get 1 storage bin put an aquarium heater with some water in it and put jars or something on the bottom of it for support so you juss put a tray on top of that... it will save you a storage bin and perlite... would standing water cause contams? im thinking add some peroxide and your set.... the heater would cause water to try to evaporate and that would mean a high number of water particles trying to go up...???? this is theory please feel free to post comment and suggestions :thumbup:

I had the same idea some time ago and made a post about this:

I think it would work fine. (Just add some drops of iodine or h2o2
(maybe pure 3% grade solution or diluted 3% 5-10 with water) for contamination issues.

My friend now uses a bit diffrent method, he filled the terrarium with geolite and water (half the level of geolite)
and put the aquariumheater into the water/geolite. That setup worked very well, and in addition
through turning the heater on or off, he has more control over humidity and temperature in the growbox.
