I have some king and blue oyster sawdust blocks that I have no room for inside. If I put them outside and they freeze over the winter time, with the fruit in the spring?

I would make a patch, break them up and and burry it. Put fresh wood and a nitrogen source it should produce heat as well as feed the growth. If they make it over winter you should have a nice sized patch. You can also mulch extra on top to help keep it from freezing.

That is an option, but would still like to know. I have a hunch they would fruit in spring, but thought maybe someone had some experience.

You would need to know the hardiness zone they go up to, you can gain a zone or two by doing the methods i mentioned. Its not freezing that kills em its a certain degree below freezing. I do have experience with shiitake in zone 7A on oak logs and they came back for two years.

You can mix blocks with woodchips/straw or other cellulose material and put everything in pots, boxes, whatever, you can leave it colonizing inside during winter and put it out in the spring, case it and you will have kings
