I've heard fruiting pans in colder temps (60-65f) leads to more potent fruits, due to the stems and caps being thicker.
I guess pans will fruit up to a certain point, I mean, they are a tropical species after all.
My pan cyan agar plates seem to be doing well so far, and the temps in my house fluctuate from 65-73f
Hopefully my oat jars will colonize just as fast when I get to dropping a wedge in. I just want to do 3 transfers first to make sure I have a clean culture to work with.

i never had much luck fruiting pans in cooler temps except for bisporus/cincs/fimicola,tropical species never do well for me unless it's fairly warm
