Micro growing Marijuana, tips? 1

Hey guys! So I have the idea to grow some bud, and I was thinking of doing a microgrow. I was thinking of using like an old computer tower and a grow light. I've seen some cool microgrows.
Any tips or knowledge on it? I can use some computer fans for air circulation, but I don't know what would be good for a filter for the smell.
Also any light that would be preferable?
Here's some pics of microgrows if you don't beleive me
 (preferably bigger than this)

I've been doing some research nad thinking, and I'm pretty sure I have the general setup of the box. But I still need growing tips and whatnot.
Also, what'd be a good filter for the box? I don't want it to be smelly, but I wouldn't think that a small amount of bud would be too smelly.
What do you think the ballpark estimate would be for a grow of this size? For maybe like 2 plants? IDK, I'm thinking maybe like 7 grams? I might just be being hopeful though.
Also for the growing, I'd induce flowering early right? Does the plant get taller at all after flowering begins?

Plants generally stretch 2 - 3x their size during flowering. And yes you would have to induce flowering early, like at A foot. As far as smell is concerned, you could probably use a few activated charcoal filters for a fish tank to scrub the smells. However I'm almost certain that they make small carbon filters. If you're looking to grow little guys, you should definitely look into ruderalis. 60 day grow cycle, auto flowering, in fact a few of your pictures look like ruderalis. Have you got your lighting figured out?

Not really. I have no idea what would be a good light for this scale of a grow.
I read somewhere that if I had enough root space and I clipped the tops and let a plant bush out, I'd be able to get a full harvest from only like 18 inches of growth. I don't know how viable it is though.
Should the fans be on at all times?

You want some kind of air movement at all times even if your exhaust fan is not running, it's good for the plants and it helps prevent disease. You can do a short bush, however you're going to have to veg long enough to fill the area you want, as opposed to just having more small plants. Something small I would use a combination of LED and high output horticultural fluorescents. Although nothing beats a hps in my eyes, but they throw a ton of heat!

That's what I was thinking. Good idea though for someone who doesn't have a ton of room

Low stress training. Gently bend the main growth tip in a horizontal fashion. This will maintain an even canopy, creating a more consistent density of colas.

For smell use fishtank charcoal as suggested. For my setup I originally did something similar to the pic, but I moved and ghetto rigged a solo cup with bottom cut out and panty hose to accomplish the same thing. The filter is inline with my exhaust fan, so everything gets pulled through the filter as it exits.

Some autoflowering strains only grow about a foot or 2 don't they? I think it's like Rudalis or something like that. Any hybrids that would be good quality and still grow small?
IF not I can maybe try and order an indica dominant and grow it out slow and flower early. But any good strains?
