the grains at the top are pretty moist and have this fray wetness to them almost the colour of potato water and there is a little yellow in the myc ( from my understanding this is metabolites fighting a contam?) so just making sure before i toss it. its at about 70-75% colonised and still slowly colonising ( innoc date oct 1st)

in 2nd pic, that milky fluid around grains sticky to glass up higher, that is what bacteria looks like when its just getting going.

if ur jar is 70-75%, and u see that, its not a good thing. 

ur first pic is not as clear.

28 days from wedge drop is super long unless ur grains are on dry side or temps are down.
from MS syringe, timeline is ok for future reference.
