I believe personally that it's wrong and would never counsel anyone to do it (outside of extreme medical circumstances where it's a necessary consequence of saving the mother's life,) but I think it's a greater evil to ban it altogether. There should be some early window of opportunity where it's legal, otherwise it will happen anyway with worse complications. Here in Canada there is no abortion law whatsoever and it's legal any time before birth, and I think that's fucked up. I don't think the mother's autonomy over her own body should extend to killing the baby/fetus when they're old enough to have survived outside the body. US law is a lot more sensible IMO.

That makes sense.  The ability to pull the fetus halfway out and crack it's skull while it is crying doesn't sound like women's rights to me.

a lot of people complain about overpopulation, yet no one wants any people to die, maybe not letting them be born in the first place  by whatever means seems like it could be a big factor in helping that problem......I say we encourage abortion at this point, but do what shroomslip said and take every precaution to avoid the pregnancy in the first place

Pro life and pro-choice We are stupid to think we can fully stop abortions though for people that have abortions stem cell research should be done. At this point in my life I'd always decide to keep the baby. It's tough when you're 15-16 though. It's tough to say no one should ever have abortions but I think at least just give employees up for adoption. What's the harm in that.

Your sentiment is a aggressively judgmental at best. Bringing women's reproductive rights into the mix really just reeks of misunderstanding and hateful isolation from what could be polite interactions with people you encounter.

So you can share your opinion but I can't share mine? Or can I only share mine if it echoes yours?

I must be unclear on the rules.

Did you kill your baby too? You call it reproductive rights, I call it murder. I don't think they are sluts though. Probably just too stupid to use birth control.

I'm 50/50

Pro-choice: It gives you options.

Pro-life: Some abortions are done when we could successfully incubate the fetus to a normal life.

It's just the inability to say that without sounding like a irrational sensationalist is what cracks me up about that whole rhetoric.
