You put the tub into fruiting conditions right when you built it?

Mexicana, chicon nindo.  Hopefully the caps get bigger.  I'd like to get some prints.

Don't they require a ton of FAE for fruiting?

They've been easy to get to this point.  Not sure if the caps are going to get big enough for printing though.

I started misting again last night and pulled my top poly out this morning so we'll see how it goes.

Plates in various stages of isolation. These are all taken from sectors but need a few more transfers. Each of these will end up a different isolate to test and the ones that are getting there look good on agar at least, very fast too.

The fluffy plate is Pan Cyan, its second transfer from germination.. the germination looked clean but its so fluffy and irregular its hard to tell since I lack Experience with these.
Its slow too.

Does the pan plate look clean enough for grains (well..as best you can see)?

I'm behind on so many cultures

I get ten on agar and end up working with three because of the PITA to transfer, LI, G2G.

So.. invitro.. does that imply that the mushrooms are going to grow in the jar? Or on the sides of the substrate? What if you just want 3-4 giants to grow out of the top? Do I need to put the subsrate into a smaller jar so there's less FAE on the sides of the subsrate?

Invitro is a pain in the ass bro, I hate it when they get that big in the jar because I always fuck them up pulling them out.

If you're looking for easy trippin' get a cake or two going but start a big sclerotia project. Before you know it (IE 2-4 months) you'll be rolling in stones bro.

Yamoonsun, these were done invitro. I didn't loosen the lid until fruiting. Both did have filtered GE throughout though. Ones a quart twist lock, and the other a PP5 kids cup. Both golden teacher.

I like em. They're pretty easy, and fast if you inoculate with LI/LC.
