So currently I am going to do an extraction on 20g of Yopo seeds. The particular Tek *Should* produce Bufotenin freebase , 5-Meo-DMT, and DMT (Possibly n,n). From what I can gather the Bufotenin is seperated first and then a seperate process is used to extract the others.
Any tips or ideas for the process? Here is a copy of the Tek for reveiwing:
BUFOTENINE FREE-BASE EXTRACTION TEK ________________________________________________________________________ Materials: Anadenanthera Colubrina Seeds (At least 20g) Coffee Grinder Acetone Baked Epson Salts Naphtha Water (Distilled) Sodium Carbonate (At least 6g) 1 Funnel 1 Cotton Ball 1 Medicine Dropper 4 Mason Jars Wide Mouthed Fumaric Acid Capsules (At least 500mg) Graduated Turkey Baster ________________________________________________________________________
Extraction Process: 1. Add the Baked Epson Salts to the Acetone to create Anhydrous Acetone. You will need enough to cover all of your seed powder at least 3 times. 2. Grind your seeds in the coffee grinder, then after removing them add a 4:1 ratio seed powder to Sodium Carbonate and mix evenly. 3. Add enough water to the mixture to create a doughy paste. Cover the container and let sit for an hour for the reaction to complete. After the hour uncover the jar, check for a ammonia like smell and if the mixture still is not dry then allow water to evaporate. 4. Grind the resulting freebase seeds into powder and cover with Anhydrous Acetone. Check for the solution to change to a yellow tint. Pour off the Acetone Solution into a collection jar. Repeat 3 times with clean Anhydrous Acetone. 5. Filter the collected solution through a cotton ball in a funnel. The resulting liquid should be a clear yellow tinted one. 6. Add Fumaric Acid to the solution (500mg for every 20g of seeds used) and allow the reaction to complete. Then pour off the Acetone into a waste jar. Buffotenine Fumarate is left at the bottom of the jar. To ensure that all of the Buffotenine has been aquired, add more Furmate to the Acetone waste jar used in this step to attempt another pull. 7. Add enough water to disolve the Furmarate and then add Sodium Carbonate (1 gram Sodium Carbonate to every 20 grams of seeds used). A reaction should occur and precipitates should form. Add more water to the solution while pouring it directly onto the precipitates. Wait for the reaction to finish then pour off the water and dry the remaining Bufotenine. 8. Dissolve the Bufotenine in Acetone, then after it is completely dissolved add Naphtha (1:4 Ratio Acetone/Naphtha). Allow the reaction to complete. Siphon off the resulting clear solution into a Wide-Mouthed Collecting Jar and evaporate the solvant for Purified Bufotenine Freebase. ________________________________________________________________________ Conclusion: This Extraction Tek is designed to have a decent and pure yeild while using commonly found chemicals and items. The seed gram minimum is 20g for this tek, and should at least be increased by intravals of 20g at a time. This is important in order to keep the calculation of material ammounts easier. Bigger jars will be needed if the increase of materials used (number of seeds) becomes to much for the mixtures in this tek to be stored in the current/smaller jars. 20g of Cebil seeds should yeild around 120mg Bufotenine Freebase.
