Trip to mexico want to hunt

Im going for a trip to mexico spring break or the week after and am wondering what kind of mushrooms grow there(aside from Cubensis). All I need is the name and I can figure it out from there.

Im also wondering if its shroom season there during the winter as it stays fairly warm I believe :rolleyes: :lol:

If you are going to Mexico for Spring Break you are probably just going to want to get drunk and try to hook up with a girl who doesn't have herpes (or she just might!)
Where are you going? Cabo? Vallarta? Those places suck, they are touristy to the Max and everyone speaks English.

There are more than 40 something odd species of magic mushrooms in Mexico. However, 99% of them do not grow until later June throouough August of the year. That is the rainy season. And the majority of species grow in the Mexican state of Oaxaca high in the Sierra Mazateca range.

ah well thank you much mj I dont think ill be going around there and even if I am would be the wrong time of year  :frown:.

I dont know where im going but I know it isnt going to too touristy. Going for my spanish class and my teacher is basiclly just going to find a bunch of mexicans to let us live in there homes. So we can get the "real" mexican experience.
