MAXIMUM GROWTH How do I know when it has reached its growth limit? How tall or how many CM does it grow maximum?
HARVESTING Its growing and I dunno when/where/how should I pluck them. How should I remove them anyways? With a knife, scissors? Should I uproot them or what?
DRYING What's the best and most simple way of drying them?
CONSERVING After drying how/where should I conserve them? And how long will it last approximately?

-When the veil tears is when to harvest. If you want to wait longer you risk getting spores on everything, which is pretty gross. Don't go by height/length, they're ready when they're ready. -Scissors or twist & pull -Food dehydrator at max temp for about 12-14 hours. -Stored in an airtight container once 100% dry, or stored with desiccant to maintain dryness if they're intended to be kept for more than a few months.
All these answers are specific not to the variety you named, but to cubensis in general.

Correct, though she might want to read up about taking spore prints, as I am guessing she has got a grow kit and may want to continue without one. Also look up cloning as the growkit is presumably colonised with an isolate and is hopefully a good strain.
And just to be extra clear -there is no such species as Psilocybe McKennaii ,its some random Psilocybe Cubensis type renamed to that. Some vendors admit this now though.
