You're fruiting it out of the jar I assume? If so then sure, you can put a casing on now and fruit it.

Why did you put verm in a spawn jar then? I thought you were doing bottle tek and it made sense. You still have to actually spawn it to a bulk substrate and let that colonize before you can case it. You have coir right?

There WBS jars and I add a lil verm n BRF for when doing the slurry tek to catch any extra water in it they wrked great just my own recipe. I figured the BRF would be food for them rie away to kick em off then the WBS would be "slow" food. it worked great but you think I can but them in the mono tub.let sit a few days then pull the tape off?

Do you remember your exact recipe?
You may want to just case (or not case) those in the jars and put them in the monotub, instead of using them as spawn. I dunno just a thought, you could then fruit them now since you keep asking.
If you do use them as spawn, it will take more than a few days to over take the coir or whatever substrate you use. Depending on your recipe you may already be that the desired ratio or spawn to substrate.

Okay... well then just add some casing layer to the top of each colonized jar and cram them in a monotub and set up the polyfill. You're good to go if you're fruiting them out of the jar in a mono.

IM taking em outta the jar n crumbling them. jus not using a casing layer. So ya im not fruiting them outta the jar wouldn't that lower my yield a shit ton? The jars are WBS bulk tek.

If you take them out of the jars, you have to mix them with bulk sub or case them!
If you want to fruit out of the bottles, which will not lower your yield, then just case the bottle and throw it in a monotub or put some bags over the top of the jars to make a makeshift greenhouse

Yeah wouldn't wanna fruit out of jars, that could lower your yield.

Why did you put verm in there if you were going to remove it from the jar and break it up anyway? Which step has that made easier?
