okay here is my issue ,im a first time grower growing three strains at the same time a+ albino,Brazilian, and z strains. colonization took longer than i would have liked but patients paid off and most of my jars are either 90% to 95% percent colonized and out of the 24 jars 6 are 100% colonized. Now here is what is troubling me, i just checked my jars to see progress and i noticed that there is water in the bottom of a couple of them that was not there when i last checked them . I've been searching on the web for hours and cant find anything about this . Help !! is there some thing wrong ? is there anything i should do . i have been doing everything bye the book what is this am i screwed ?

Nothing to worry about, Condensation is common.
As the mycelium grows and consumes the brf, the cakes will shrink allowing space between the cake and glass. The cake itself produces heat hence the condensation.
Congratulations on your first grow

I'd try to relax first; it's just water >.<
It would be more of a problem if they weren't virtually done.
Once they are 100% done you will end up removing them out of the jars to fruit, anyway.
This is why I recommend putting a thin layer of vermiculite on the bottom to absorb any free water that forms. It's just something to think for next time, as standing water isn't good, anyway.

It's water that is collecting at the bottom.
Condensation forms on a hard surface like glass, that is colder than the air inside.

cool thanks I've got one other question for you thats been kinda eating me up .I've been wondering if i can leave all my jars in my incubation chamber un till they all consolidate and then birth them at the same time since they were all nocked up within a week of each other or should i birth them individually according to when they consolidate individually

I would take your jars out of the incubation chamber and leave them at room temperature.
Wait the week for consolidation then birth them. You can wait and birth them together but they may start pinning as you waiting for the last ones to finish.
I usually birth on demand.

it is condensation if its on the bottom, water condenses on the sides of the jar then gravity takes the droplets to the bottom where it condenses into the puddle your looking at. The free water in the bottom will not be an issue to you and IMO putting verm on the bottom is pointless the water will still be there either way TBH you probably wouldn't have condensation at all if you just ditched the incubator and leave the foil off to aid in GE. basically putting dry verm in spawn ie "a thin layer on the bottom" is just to make up for shitty grain prep your better off doing it right from the start and not cut corners IN ALL ASPECTS OF MYCOLIGY

I bet the OP took out the jars of the pressure cooker while they still hot. If you do that a shit ton of condensation will form inside the jars and it will end up at the bottom of the jars. Let them cool all night before opening the pressure cooker.

Make them yourself and stop making people rich off your laziness.
Sorry if that sounded harsh, wasn't meant to be.
The jars that have built up water in the bottom will most likely stall and bacteria the fuck out.
Just giving fair warning.
They either went thru a massive temperature differential, or they're moisture content was screwed from the start.
